Dussehra Celebration

On 17 October, Dussehra was celebrated in our school with great joy and enthusiasm. The students of UKG and Class I presented a short enactment of the _Ramayana_, depicting Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana. The celebration was further enlivened by a melodious song and a graceful dance performance dedicated to Lord Rama. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, the children added colour and charm to the festive occasion.

The ten heads of Ravana were highlighted as symbols of the negative qualities that we must strive to overcome within ourselves. The celebration conveyed the timeless message of the triumph of good over evil and emphasised the importance of truth, goodness and righteousness. The Headmistress inspired the children to uphold the values of duty, valour and commitment in their daily lives.

The celebration filled the school with joy, devotion and festive spirit. The children thoroughly enjoyed the performances and gained a deeper understanding of the significance of Dussehra and the enduring message that good always triumphs over evil.
