Janmashtami Celebration at our school was a beautiful blend of devotion, cultural expression and joyful learning. On 03 September 2026, the school premises came alive with the spirit of Lord Krishna as our young learners celebrated his birth with great enthusiasm and reverence.
The children of Nursery, LKG and UKG looked adorable in traditional attire, beautifully dressed as little Krishna, Radha and Gopis. Their vibrant costumes added colour and charm to the festive atmosphere.
The celebration came alive through engaging presentations by students of Nursery and LKG depicting delightful episodes from Lord Krishna’s childhood, including the playful Makhan Chori Leela and Matki Phod Leela. The children also recited poems and presented a graceful dance dedicated to Lord Krishna, filling the atmosphere with devotion and joy.
The programme was graced by the presence of Honourable Chairman Sir, who was delighted to witness the children’s enthusiastic participation and appreciated the confidence with which they performed on stage. As a token of appreciation and encouragement, he lovingly presented pencils and biscuits to the children, bringing immense joy to the young performers.
Adding a creative dimension to the celebration, the children enthusiastically participated in a Matki Decoration Activity, expressing their imagination and artistic skills through colours and decorations.
The celebration provided our young learners with an opportunity to experience India’s rich cultural heritage while developing creativity, confidence, self-expression and an appreciation for traditional values. It was a memorable and blissful day filled with love, laughter, devotion and the joyous spirit of Krishna.
