The school campus came alive with wonder and celebration on 20th December 2025 as we celebrated our Annual Function, 'Fantasia' with immense excitement and joy. Inspired by the magical theme, the surroundings sparkled with fairy-tale charm, creativity, and cultural brilliance.The occasion was graced by our Chief Guest, Mrs. Rani Rai, Principal of GD Goenka School, Sector 10A, Gurugram, along with Chairman Sir, Managing Director Ma’am, Pro-Chairman Sir, Principal Ma’am, and other dignitaries whose presence added grandeur to the event.The celebrations began with a warm welcome address by the School Principal, followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp.The event commenced on a divine note with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, filling the atmosphere with devotion and positivity. The stage then transformed into a fairy-tale world, bringing to life the tale of Little Red Riding Hood on her adventurous journey to her grandmother’s house. The story beautifully intertwined music, dance, and gentle lessons on obedience, mesmerizing the audience. Beloved fairy-tale characters such as Snow White, Aladdin and Jasmine, Cinderella, and Princess Kaguya also came to life on stage, captivating everyone with their elegance and charm.The dance performances that followed were graceful and well-synchronized, while the expressive narration, meaningful dialogues, and delightful music enriched the overall experience. The aesthetically designed stage created a truly enchanting ambience, transporting the audience into a realm of magic and imagination. The grand finale, set to soulful tune of ''yuhi kat jaega safar", beautifully captured the theme of togetherness and the joy of every journey shared. The Chief Guest applauded the students’ creativity and dedication, and was honoured with token of gratitude by the school management. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by the School Co-ordinator followed by the National Anthem. Chairman Sir and Managing Director Ma’am commended the collective efforts of teachers and students in making the event a grand success. The day was a perfect celebration of artistic spirit, teamwork, and the timeless charm of fairy tales.
