Rakshabandhan- A Bond of Love
Adverse situations also couldn’t stop our little Kindergarten students from enjoying Rakshabandhan. On 30 July 2020, students of classes LKG and UKG celebrated Rakhshabandhan virtually through Zoom Class. Their teacher explained the reason of celebrating Rakhi by telling them a story of King Bali and Lord Vishnu. For the celebrations, they wore traditional dresses and since they couldn’t tie a Rakhi, so they showed their love and creativity by making a Rakhi with the things available at home. They also sung a Rakhi song which they had learnt in their online music class Phoolon ka taro ka sabka kena hai, ek haazaron mein meri behna hai… After the celebration students shared their pics with the Rakhi made by them.
