International Yoga Day was observed virtually on 21June 2020, wherein students and teachers enthusiastically participated in it from their homes. Under the guidance of Ms Neelam Yadav they performed Anulom – Vilom, Padmasan, Vajrasan, Tadasan, Bhujangasan, Utthan Padasan, Pawanmuktasan, Dhanurasan, Gaumukhasan and Chakrasan, to name a few. She also shared the benefits of doing these asanas on regular basis.
