Payment should be made either through bank draft or local cheque/NEFT/RTGS payable at Gurgaon only. No post-dated cheques or cash will be accepted.
At the time of admission, payment should be made only through a Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS.
Fees/dues must be paid by the 10th of the due month, failing which a fine will be levied. Fee instructions are to be strictly followed, which are prescribed on the back of the fee slip.
In case a cheque is dishonoured, the fee will thereafter be accepted with a fine (in cash)
Underpayment of fee will be treated as non-payment of fee and will be subject to a late-fee fine.
If the fee/dues are not paid by the end of the month, the name of the pupil will be struck off the roll and re-admission will have to be sought.
The school reserves the right to de-bar a student from appearing for any test or assessment, if his or her dues are not clear.
Fee timings – 8am to 12 noon on all working days.
Once a student leaves the school, his /her security deposit should be claimed within one year of leaving. No application for refund of security deposit will be entertained after this time period.
The security refund cheque once issued by the school, should be encashed within three months of issuing date. No fresh cheque would be issued unless it is rejected by the bank.
