PANCH MAHABHUTAM
Vibrant and resplendent appeared the day as classes Nursery to II celebrated their Annual Function on February 24, 2024 with great elation and gusto. This year the theme for Annual Function was - Panch Mahabhutam the five elements of nature that are sky, air, fire, water and earth. The function was adorned by the Chief Guest Dr. Neelima Prakash, Honourable Chairman Sir, M. D. ma'am, Principal ma'am and members of the management. The programme commenced with a warm welcome speech by school Principal followed by the felicitation of the Chief Guest.
The cultural extravaganza began with the Ganesh Vandana and was followed by a Mantra of the Universal goodwill ‘Bhoomi mangalam, Udaka mangalam ‘. Later the programme was centered around the significance of the five elements. This was conveyed through short narration and elegant and graceful dance showcasing the significance of all the five elements. Finally, all elements came together, and in their union gave birth to life itself. The programme was beautifully presented with the help of artistic props, light effects, make up and costumes. The performance delivered a strong message to the audience that we need all these five elements to be present to maintain a balance state in the universe. The program concluded with the finale song ‘ Ek din bik jayega’ which complemented the theme. The chief guest was superlative in her appreciation of the students, teachers and management for putting up such a wonderful programme. Chairman Sir and M. D. ma'am acknowledged the efforts of all and congratulated them for their achievements.
